SHIPPING POLICY (HERD)

All HERD items are printed on demand and fulfilled through Printify.
This means our production and shipping timelines follow Printify’s fulfilment and shipping conditions.

Production time

Orders are typically produced within 2–7 business days before dispatch.

International shipping

Once shipped, international delivery usually takes 7–30 business days, depending on your location, courier operations, and customs.

Shipping costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.

Tracking

If tracking is available, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Customs and import fees

International orders may incur customs duties or taxes. These charges are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays

Shipping timelines may be affected by courier or customs delays. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates as we are reliant on Printify’s shipping processes and carrier conditions.
