REFUND POLICY (HERD)

At HERD, we want you to love what you ordered. Because our items are printed on demand, we handle refunds and returns slightly differently than traditional retail.

Made-to-order items

All products sold in the HERD store are made to order through our printing partner (Printify). This means we do not keep stock on hand.

Because each item is created specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect colour selection
  • Buyer preference after delivery

Please double-check product details and sizing charts before completing your order.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • A photo of the packaging (if damaged)
  • A brief description of the issue

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Incorrect item received

If you receive the wrong item (wrong design or product), we’ll make it right.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Returns

We do not require returned items for most print-on-demand issues, unless we specifically request it.

If a return is required, we will provide the return instructions.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–30 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund
    (Processing times may vary.)

Shipping delays

We are not able to refund orders due to courier delays outside of our control.

If your order appears lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with our delivery partner.

Cancellations

Because items go into production quickly, cancellations are only possible if the order has not entered production.
